Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading international Water Treatment company, specialising in pre-treatment, cooling towers. The company serves several markets such across industrial and municipal markets.
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager, located within the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating and executing sales tactics to achieve or surpass quarterly sales objectives.
- Collaborate with representatives to create yearly business territory strategies, promotional initiatives, and sales plans.
- Discovering new sales prospects via networking and transforming them into long-term profitable partnerships.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and fulfil their needs, ultimately strengthening customer loyalty.
- Formulate medium and long-term strategies for ongoing enhancement of representative performance and regional market development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience regional sales experience.
- 5+ years market and technical knowledge of filtration, including key markets, customers, applications, and market trends.
- 5+ years experience and existing customers within the municipal market.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Business or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
- Motivated and driven to execute business plans’ and analyse the best distributors in that field.
