Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading international Water Treatment company. The company serves several markets such as Industrial and Municipalities and represents products across water and wastewater solutions, technologies and capital equipment.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager located within the USA, preferably located near Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the different stakeholders like Sales Teams, customers, suppliers, contractors as well as internal players, taking leadership of the projects.
- Analyse customer’s request to clarify his needs and define solutions, including the treatment line definition, sizing, and costing.
- Engage proactively in technical, commercial, and contractual discussions until the customer’s purchase order is secured.
- Arranging and managing intricate projects to fulfil safety, schedule, quality, and budgetary objectives.
- Supervise the entire project lifecycle from order processing through to installation commencement, concluding with handover to the customer, including the compilation of technical documentation.
- Performing feasibility assessments, establishing workforce and cost projections, and formulating engineering criteria.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ project management experience, ideally wastewater projects.
- 5+ years’ experience within water treatment/ wastewater with municipal water applications.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive, detailed, process knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
- Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other Company and discipline specific software applications.
