Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading international Water Treatment company, specialising in pumps. The company serves several markets such as Food & Beverage, Oil and Gas.
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager, located within South-West USA.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating and executing sales tactics to achieve or surpass quarterly sales objectives.
- Collaborate with representatives to create yearly business territory strategies, promotional initiatives, and sales plans.
- Discovering new sales prospects via networking and transforming them into long-term profitable partnerships.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and fulfil their needs, ultimately strengthening customer loyalty.
- Formulate medium and long-term strategies for ongoing enhancement of representative performance and regional market development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience sales experience.
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; or an equivalent.
- Market and technical knowledge of a diverse range of pumps, including key markets, customers, applications, and market trends.
- Must be located or willing to relocate to the South-West of the USA.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
