Sales Director – Filtration, Cartridges– Northeastern USA

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading international Water Treatment company. The company serves several markets such as Food & Beverage and wastewater and represents products such as filtration, reverse osmosis, cartridge, softener, clarifiers, and separators.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Director located within the Northeastern USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Profound in navigating complex competitive environments and understanding the industry’s nuances.
  • Design, share, and execute a regional sales strategy that motivates the team to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and exceed their quotas.
  • Collaborate alongside the teams responsible for product, operations, marketing, and finance to eliminate obstacles, construct product roadmaps, and identify prospects for expanding our clientele.
  • Having the strategic understanding of client needs through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify the most suitable and competitive specifications/solutions for customer issues and offer specialised knowledge to support the sales teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ leadership and sales experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in the water treatment industry.
  • Proven success in managing over $30M in revenue
  • Extensive technical and market knowledge of filtration and cartilages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
  • Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other Company and discipline specific software applications.
