Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading global Water Treatment company. The company serves several markets such as Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Commercial, and Hospitality and represents products such as Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Softeners, and Clarifiers.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Director located within the Nordics.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the sales budget for the designated region(s) with a dedicated commitment to achieving growth targets, emphasizing the promotion of innovative and digitally empowered solutions.
- You will report to the VP of Sales, and together will establish defined action plans and sales targets, introduce new products lines, and prepare strategic discussions on business growth enhancement.
- Having the strategic understanding of client needs through cross-functional collaboration and building strong long-term relationships.
- Coaching and leading the sales teams.
- Identify the most suitable and competitive specifications/solutions for customer issues and offer specialised knowledge to support the sales teams.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ leadership and sales experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.
- Extensive knowledge of the industrial sector.
- Previous experience in value selling management in B2B and matrix context.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related.
- Based in Northern part of Europe, with willingness to travel.
