Mackenzie Stuart is currently looking to recruit for the position of Treasury Manager for a Large multinational Manufacturing and Chemicals firm. The position is based in Switzerland. Reporting to the Head of Treasury you will be tasked with raising funding opportunities, focusing on FX and credit.

Tasks:
*Lead global cash management including international repatriation, international cash strategies, inter company loans, derivatives (foreign exchange and interest rates), credit and investments;
* Responsible for global bank account initiation, online global bank systems and internal controls;
* Own bank relationships and debt covenants reporting;
* Negotiate credit facilities with 3rd party lenders;
* Develop a culture of compliance across the treasury function and help to implement, document and maintain robust internal controls across our organization.

Profile:
*Strong background in Treasury.
*A charismatic and dynamic finance professional with a successful track record of achieving business targets in an international business environment. 5 years’ experience as a Treasury professional.
*Highly organised having enjoyed a career in fast paced, highly challenging and unpredictable environments.
*An excellent communicator, confident and self-motivated, with good interpersonal and strong influencing skills.
*Ambitious and highly motivated, able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
*Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
*MBA is preferable.
*Excellent English and based in Switzerland
*Manufacture industry experience beneficial

The successful candidate will be degree educated and have 3 – 5 years’ experience working within a Multi billion Dollar Turnover Company. The right candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills along with an ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders.

Specific Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:

*Act as a technical expert and undertake analysis to deal with complex issues and provide recommendations upon which decisions can be made;

*Strong system skills are essential;
*Excellent organisational and time keeping skills;

The role is responsible for the Ohio division and will be based out of the Toledo area, however regular travel between sites will be required. The successful Controller will play a key role in assisting the company’s ambitious plans for the future following their recent growth.

Tasks:

-Lead, and ensure timely completion of, all divisional financial and accounting functions, including budgeting and forecasting.
-Be a point of contact for internal and external auditors
-Maintain and develop a strong system of internal controls
-Streamline divisional costs and reporting procedures
-Maintain compliance with US GAAP, SOX and IFRS.
-Manage and train a team of 4 direct reports, reporting into Divisional VP Finance

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

-A US citizen, or eligible to work in the US.
-CPA qualified, ‘Big 4’ experience ideal.
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline
-Strong background in financial functioning and reporting in the Construction Industry.
