Mackenzie Stuart is currently representing a global pioneer of peripheral vascular medical devices. The company are growing and looking to expand and develop its business in the US and an opportunity has emerged to join the company as a Sales Representative to drive sales in the territory.

Responsibilities will include:

*Drive sales within the territory
*Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
*Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
*Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
*Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
*Forecast and track key account metrics
*Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
*Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

*BSc educated in a relevant subject.
*> 3 years’ experience in medical device sales in cardiovascular preferred.
*Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
*Driven and motivated individual
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
*Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills

CLIENT
Our client is a leading provider of domiciliary care, with locations spanning across the UK they are a large organisation with a reputable brand name who offer mental health, elderly and learning disability care. Our client is now looking for a Branch Manager to manage a successful branch in Yorkshire, to aid the organisations growth and success and work closely with directors to identify new opportunities for the organisation.

ROLE
This role would involve the overall management of the Branch, managing and working closely with care staff to ensure all regulations and KPIs are met and exceeded. The branch is currently very successful so this role would be maintaining their success and looking for new ventures and opportunities within the healthcare market. The successful candidate would be working closely with support staff to ensure their valuable reputation is upheld and maintained within the market.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have previous experience of working within domiciliary services at a management level, alongside a proven track record of operational success, such as turnaround success, bid tendering, and occupancy. The candidate must also have significant experience within mental health and learning disability care having previously been a registered manager.
They must be ambitious and driven to grow the organisation and develop new possibilities.
The successful candidate must hold a Level 4 of equivalent NVQ alongside a RMA award.

The successful candidate must have had a proven track record as a registered manager, for instance they must have experience in improving or maintaining CQC scores, occupancy and safety regulations within the home.
