CLIENT
Our client is one of the leading providers of health and social care with a range of services spanning across the UK. Our client is now actively looking to continue their growth and success within the domiciliary market through the development and acquisition of a number of new services. Our client prides themselves on providing the highest quality of care to a wide range of service users and are actively seeking a driven and experienced individual to come on board and manage their services.

ROLE
This role would require an individual who has sound knowledge and experience within domiciliary services, from the mobilisation of new services to the increase in operational and development across a number of branches.
The role will require travel the successful candidate to work closely with local authorities, to take on new contracts, put these contracts in place and increase the overall operational performance of the existing branches.
The role would involve a high level of operational experience alongside a level of business development as the successful candidate is expected to aid the growth of the new branches within their region alongside looking for new opportunities for development.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have a number of years experience with domiciliary care having managed a multiple branches at one time with a sound knowledge of mental health, learning disability and dementia care. The candidate must have a proven track record in operations and business development across domiciliary services with the experience of mobilising new services.
A NVQ level 4 or equivalent alongside Health and Social care qualifications is necessary for this position.

The company is looking to develop its cardiovascular medical device division, and an opportunity has emerged to join the marketing team as the Product Manager, based in France.

Responsibilities will include:

*Sustain and lead key efforts in product development, inventory, forecasting and portfolio and life-cycle management
*Builds and leverages strong relationships with regional marketing teams to ensure successful launch of new sites and new products
*Develops analysis around the competitive environment and clearly defines product positioning, key issues, strategies, and target audiences for assigned products
*Broadening the product portfolio though the identification of opportunities, increasing product line sales and providing sales and product support
*Partner with customers to provide resources and meet their needs and define a business development strategy
*Providing product expertise and training to distributors to ensure the product is successfully integrated into the market
*Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions

Requirements:

CLIENT
Our client is one of the leading providers of mental health residential care, with services across the UK they have in recent years experienced significant success enabling them to expand and open a number of new services. They are now actively seeking a Director of Mental Health to manage 11 of their care homes within the South East. Our client is focused and driven by ensuring the highest quality of care is provided for their residents and focus heavily on recruiting experienced and care focused individuals to come on board and continue their success.

ROLE
This role would require the individual to manage 11 mental health homes within the South East Region, the individual would hold a P&L responsibility of over £8 million, alongside managing a team of 46 individuals. The role would require a high level of travel as and when demand requires between the homes, whilst ensuring all homes are performing to the highest operational standards. The successful candidate is expected to come on board, drive services forward through increasing occupancy, cutting unnecessary costs and ensuring all homes are rated ‘Good’ against CQC regulations.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
This role requires a self-driven and ambitious individual who will come on board and drive the services forward. A proven track record in operational success within Residential care homes is essential for this role with the successful candidate holding a least 2 years of experience in a Head of / Regional position. Mental health experience is essential for this position, with the ideal candidate also holding a level 4 or equivalent NVQ and a RMA award.
