Regional Sales Manager – Spine
Mackenzie Stuart is working with an expanding medical device company who specialise in Spine products. They have a vast product portfolio of FDA approved implants, and they are looking for a regional sales manager for central USA, and the role will be based in Texas.
Responsibilities
*Manage a team of Sales Representatives
*Report to the National Sales Director
*Liase with KOL’s in the region
*Ensuring compliance with the revenue budget at the associated customer base
*Provide weekly updates and sales forecasts to management team, and implementing customer strategies
*Telephone and on-site support
*Drive territory sales in line with company targets with a focus on revenue and market share growth.
*Develop and Implement a strategic Sales plan to increase sales revenue and market share in line with company targets

Requirements
*Degree in Economics, business studies, or comparable commercial training
*Business Fluent in English
*At least 5 years’ experience in Orthopaedics
*Experience in Sales within the spine market
*Willing to travel up to 70%
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving growth in assigned territories

You will be responsible for strategically developing new business and building strong relationships with relevant decision makers within the Tennessee region. This role would require a self-driven and motivated individual to come on board and drive services forward, ensuring the hospital is complaint against all relevant regulations, occupancy is increased alongside ensuring unnecessary costs are reduced throughout the hospital.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have previous management experience within a large mental health hospital with over 400 beds. The candidate must also have a proven track record in operational success within hospital environments having successfully driven the service forward, with experience within mental health and learning disability care being essential for this role.

ROLE
This role would involve the successful candidate holding full responsibility for 5 hospitals within Dubai, holding full operational responsibility for the services alongside a P&L responsibility of $10 million. This role would involve closely managing a team of 10 direct reports, offering guidance and management when needed to ensure that the hospitals are operating at their highest potential. The successful candidate would be expected to drive the occupancy across the hospitals up, cut unnecessary over expenditure and ensure all services are meeting and exceeding all relevant regulations. This role involves a high level of autonomy within the hospitals with the successful individual reporting directly to the group COO. This role is very KPI driven and does require someone with proven hospital and operational success to come on board and drive the services up.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years in a senior management level position across multiple locations within Hospitals with an extensive proven track record in operational success. The successful candidate must have previously increased group occupancy, worked in a senior level position and managed a P&L of over $7 million. A healthcare related degree is also a requirement for this position.
