International Product Manager – Joint Reconstruction
Mackenzie Stuart is working with a leading medical device company who specialise in Orthopaedics. They are looking for a product manager for their Joint Reconstruction product line and the role will be based in Germany.
Responsibility
*Lead the Strategic and Operational positioning of the company’s products within the medical device market
*You will be responsible for managing products development processes in co-ordination with R&D and in close cooperation with commercial operations and strategy.
*Responsible for new product role outs, marketing materials and participation in new product launches
*Ensure increased growth of the market segment in line with company targets

Requirements
*Educated to Degree level in business administration or a natural science
*Business Fluent in English and German
*Several years of experience in medical devices preferably in the Orthopaedic or Traumatology specialty.
*Strong Knowledge of orthobiologics and/or clinical microbiology and first-hand sales experience is a bonus.
*Willingness to frequent travel
*You bring a high readiness of mind, analytical thinking and the ability to act independently and on your own responsibility.
*Communication and result-orientation are your strengths.

ROLE
The successful candidate would have responsibility of managing 7 homes across the North East area, ensuring the operational performance of all homes remains high. This role would require the successful candidate to work closely with home managers to ensure compliance with regulators and operational standards are maintained. The homes primarily offer residential / nursing / dementia care with the view to continue expanding their services within the care home market. This role would require the candidate to manage the full P&L of all 7 homes within their portfolio.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have previous operational experience with a proven track record with residential care. Experience of multi-site management is considered a requirement for this role with the successful candidate having previously managed at least 4 care homes at one time.
The successful candidate must have worked in a senior management position, and have the knowledge and experience in managing and supporting home managers to ensure the services are performing to the best of their ability and meet all relevant CQC requirements.
The candidate will hold a full RMA award and Level 4 or equivalent NVQ and be a Registered nurse.

An opportunity has arisen within the company to join them as a Sales Manager, Germany in the Electrophysiology business unit. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and highly motivated team and can expect a diverse and challenging role with full autonomy to drive sales growth throughout Germany.

Key tasks will include:

*Develop and grow electrophysiology sales, in line with the annual business plan
*Promote products, as defined by marketing plans, to specific targeted customer base.
*Reinforce the company’s innovative support services and materials, demonstrating how they can help healthcare professionals improve cardiovascular treatment
*Ensure a high frequency of visits to key customers – as defined by sales/territory plan

ROLE
This role would involve the successful candidate having full operational responsibility for the portfolio of 55 homes across Germany, being the responsible individual for the portfolio you would be accountable for ensuring that all services are meeting and exceeding all KPI’s such as occupancy, no agency staffing and complaince ratings.
The role would require a driven and ambitious individual to come on board and drive the portfolio forward, the successful individual would be expected to work closely with the directors of the company to increase group occupancy, reduce costs, and ensure all homes are performing highly against all regulations, alongside managing a team of driven Regional Managers.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a director level position having managed at least 30 homes previously alongside having managed the budget of across the group. A proven track record in operations as a successful leader with a high level of operational and financial responsibility is essential for this role with the ideal candidate being keen to take a hands on approach. This role requires extensive multi-site management experience with extensive knowledge of working with regulators to ensure full compliance within all homes.
The ideal candidate will have held a director level position for at least 2 years, with the ability to speak both German and English fluently.
